Apes Contracting are a South Island-based civil-construction company with a proven track record of working seamlessly not only with NZ’s largest contracting companies, but also directly with our residential clients.
In late 2023, we were engaged for a re-design and build of Ape’s website alongside George Norris Copywriter for his SEO and copywriting expertise. Steve and Jeff had a clear brief for a simple, functional website to highlight their services across the commercial and residential construction areas.
We designed the website in Figma opting for a darker art-board contrasted with the brand's core orange to highlight enquiry touch points and service areas.
The website build component took place in Webflow due to its powerful CMS capabilities. While the guys initially opted for a simple CMS, the foundations are now in place to build out into service categories and case studies.
